Ed and Carolyn Homan know the realities of home health care. For more than a decade they have depended on home services to help their daughter, born with cerebral palsy, achieve the best quality of life possible. As consumers of home health equipment, the couple found their daughter’s needs weren’t being met, and there were few options available.
